Dispatch — We aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. Larger items may take longer and we will contact you with a timeframe.

Where we ship — Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.

Rates — Calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination.

Estimated delivery after dispatch
Metro Victoria: 2 to 5 business days
Interstate metro: 4 to 8 business days
Regional: 5 to 12 business days
These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Large and fragile items — Furniture and fragile pieces are packed individually and may travel by specialist carrier. If the quoted rate does not cover it we will contact you before dispatch.

Local pickup — Free pickup from 3 Bowen Street, Kyneton VIC 3444. Select pickup at checkout and we will email you when it is ready.

Damage or loss — Contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
