Everything you need to know about getting a Citadel piece to your door.

Shipping within Australia

We ship Australia-wide. Most small to medium items go via Australia Post or Sendle, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.

Larger items (furniture, gates, anything heavy or oversized) are quoted individually. We'll contact you with a freight quote before booking. Options include road freight, country couriers, or local pickup from Kyneton.

Allow 3 to 7 business days for dispatch. Vintage pieces often need to be carefully packaged.

Pickup from Kyneton

Free local pickup is available by appointment. Select pickup at checkout, then email to arrange a time.

International orders

We ship internationally on request. Email us with the item and your address and we'll quote freight before you commit.

Returns

Every piece on the site is a one-off, photographed and described honestly. Condition notes (marks, wear, patina) are part of the appeal of vintage, not a fault.

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, or significantly differs from how it was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work it out, every time.

We don't offer change-of-mind returns on vintage pieces. Read the description, ask questions before buying, and request additional photos if you'd like them. We're happy to send more.
